Interview: South Korea and #MeToo (TRT World)

I spoke with TRT World on the #MeToo movement in South Korea, and why I disagree with the phrasing “the #MeToo movement has spread to South Korea”, instead arguing that the movement is indigenous to the country (while the hashtag is part of a global solidarity movement). I’m joined by Dr. Nancy Snow at the Kyoto University of Foreign Studies.

It was my first time on live TV, and looking back at this, I understand why people get media training :)
